They might be a little misshapen after their night of beauty sleep in the fridge. Don't worry about it. Just flour your hands up and tuck and fold once again until you have a nice little taut ball of dough.
Place them on a floured baking sheet (at least 3 inches apart) and then cover them loosely but completely with some plastic wrap, I also place a towel over the top. Make sure you sprinkle a little flour on top to avoid sticking (it's always a good idea to flour/oil the dough to avoid sticking in each step). Give them a few more hours of beauty sleep (say 2-3) until they have loosened up and seem relaxed. You will see some bubbles start to form under the surface as it proofs.
I think I said this would be 3 posts long. I guess it will be more like 4 steps.
