Thanksgiving at the IFH

We had another successful Thanksgiving at the IFH this year! I made 3 Turkeys and all were well received. I told myself I wasn't going to do that again, but I couldn't help myself. Thanksgiving is a special holiday and I'm so happy to share it with these guys from around the world. We had about 30 people in attendance and all the food was a big hit!
I had some great help in the kitchen and couldn't have done it without the help this year! I enlisted the help of our neighborhood group and we cranked out some delicious mashed potatoes, cranberry stuffing and apple pie. It was fun to be in the kitchen with some great friends!

Ben had to have a Turkey leg
Gorgeous Turkeys ready for carving!
This is just a shot I took before cooking to show how ginormous these Turkeys were. In fact, they were SO ginormous that I couldn't cook them all the way through in time. We ended up deconstructing them after a few hours to try to speed up the cooking time. Good times!
Gobble Gobble.
