The cake is baked! Oh yeah, we are moving right along now! I feel much better now that this task has been completed. What a whirlwind! I know that in my last post I told you I was going to introduce you to my partner in crime. Suzanne (aka: Riddle on the Run). Yep, she will always be Riddle on the Run to me! I met her right before she started training for the Boston Marathon. She ran that race and finished in memory of her amazing Mother in Law. What an accomplishment! It wasn't long after that run that we discovered our mutual love for baking. And the rest is history.. . . . .
Unfortunately,
Amy + Suzanne + Kitchen = DANGER
We've been known to have a few kitchen disasters whilst baking together.
Like chocolate chip cookies that don't taste right or coffee cake that doesn't have any sugar in it.
In other words, we get a little chatty and that can be dangerous!
Well, we knew that this was going to be strictly business. So, we buckled down and got it done.
Meet my partner in crime. Suzanne Riddle (or Koefoed, whichever you prefer)

Two double batches later.. . . . .(don't be fooled by the picture, those bowls are freakin huge!)
One HUGE mess. . . .
And this 9x!!
I cannot forget to mention my dear friend Sarah, who graciously washed all of our dishes during this process. LOVE her! (I love her anyways, but she just gained some serious points!)
