- We spend most of our time chasing around an extremely active toddler who loves to run, jump and play golf (those are his words, not mine!). We are now rejoicing over the life of Livia Joy (born September 11, 2009) and mourning the loss of her sister, Amelie Marie (stillborn September 11, 2009). Our story is full of joy and sadness with each day, but we are fully trusting in God's goodness and sovreignty for us in all things. Chris is working toward a ph.D. in Ancient Christianity and Amy manages a house of 20 international students.
