Happy Fall Y'all!

We took a few trips over the past two weekends to look at the fall foliage. It was gorgeous, as always, and we really enjoyed getting away. Here are some pictures of our trips:

One of Micah's favorite things to do these days is to hang upside-down. For some reason he really enjoys this sensation. It is so fun to hear his giggles and see his delight as we hold him there! We are truly blessed by Micah and his enthusiasm for life. He brings so much joy into our lives and we have learned so much from him already. He has grown so much over the past few months and I am amazed by him every day! He has gone from sleeping most of the day and staring at me with a quizzical expression to smiling at me most of the time, giggling with delight and crawling around the entire room! The other day I had to wake him up early from his nap and as I rolled him over I was greeted with a handsome grin. It's days like this that make it all worth it. I am constantly reminded of God's beauty and love through this beautiful, loving child he has given to me. I pray that I can always see the beauty in it and be thankful. It's hard work to raise a child, but it has been worth every ounce of effort thus far! I look forward to watching Micah grow and I am honored to be his mother!
