Has it been that long?

I just realized it has been over a month since my last blog post! And what a whirlwind of a month it has been! We have been so busy with people moving in/out, family visiting and friends visiting. It's all been fun, but we are definitely looking forward to some restful weeks ahead.

Micah has become quite fond of feeding himself. He's really good at it, as you can see:

The second week of August, our good friends, the Ghormley's came up to visit for a few days. Micah especially enjoyed his time with Eliyah. They are best buds. Here are a few shots of the boys enjoying the ducks at the Boston Gardens. They both thought it was soooo funny when this duck would put its head in the water.

On our way to the frog pond for a little swimming action it started to downpour, so we were stranded inside a Starbucks for over an hour. We finally decided to make a break for it when the rain calmed down, but we still got pretty drenched. Our little guys handled it well, but a nice warm bath made it all worth it!

We hosted our first International Buffet during the Olympics. It was a great time with lots of fabulous food! I made Thai style Chicken Curry and some of the other dishes included: Brazillian Cheese Balls, Phillipino Chicken dish, Korean pugoji, African potatoes and much more! It was great to celebrate so many different cultures this way. We hope to do it again soon!
