Chris and I both ran in the Mayor's Cup this year. We had a great time and Micah and Livia were the best cheerleaders! Our dear friend, Suzanne (or as Micah would say, Zuzanne) took the kids for us while we ran.
Chris smoked me coming in at just under 24 minutes. I discovered that the first year I ran the race I actually did not run the whole race! (oops!) This year I ran the whole race and my time improved by 3 whole minutes! I finished at 29 minutes, my fastest 5K yet!
It was a chili October morning and as you can see, Livia was ready for it!
Finding a common interest that we can pursue together has been a fun experience! Here's to many more races!
