So, if you know me well, you know that I HATE cilantro. I absolutely cannot stand this awful ingredient in any dish and don't understand why it should be used at all. One of my good friends just recently sent me a link to the official "I hate Cilantro" website. How cool is that? A website dedicated to hating the nastiest garnish of all time! Yeah, apparently the love/hate of cilantro is a genetic disposition! I found this out on the I hate Cilantro website. :)
